Run. Take your fur baby and run far away from this POS "paradise". I'm leaving this review because I was fooled by the all the "good reviews." The Orlando Airport Location has two indoor play areas. What I didn't know is it's also every animals deification and urination place as well. This breeds bacteria. I watched how they cleaned these areas. It's disgusting. Dog Owners Beware!!!! Read entire Review before Booking. We had our pups stay for a week while we were on vacation. During our time away we did not receive any report cards or updates as we usually do. (Not a big deal) At pickup, there is a sign advising you to stay in your car but we pulled up waited outside for someone to come for over 5 minutes. Do not leave your pet here. They charge you insane fees just for your dog to be walked and cared for. They're insanely understaffed and overbook. Your dog might get walked 4 times a day at most if it stays overnight. Don't fall for this trap. They charge 15$ for an ice cream treat which is a tablespoon of brusters ice cream. If your dog isn't spayed or fixed it will not get walked more than twice a day and stay all day in a cage.

We just got our beautiful Golden Doodle back that the Pet Paradise Winter Garden groomers destroyed. Our dog is regularly groomed professionally (once a month) and brushed (3 to 4 times a week). They decided it was appropriate to shave our dog rather that hand cut which is the standard for this breed (just google it). They not only shaved his body but his ears and tail (his poor tail). UPDATE ON PREVIOUS REVIEW...IT GETS WORSE! I contacted the business manager as requested. I spoke with Brenda Williams who was very unhappy with Bella's condition in their care and she assured me I would hear back from the corporate office. It has now been ten days and I still have not heard anything. I have sent numerous emails, of which I have copies, and there is no concern for my puppies from Pet Paradise. My angel dog Bella was diagnosed with Lymphoma at age 15 and I took her to the vet at this establishment. At first I thought it was great until the day she told me that Bella was lying flat on her belly and she needed to be euthanized! This is the way my baby lies down all the time to cool her belly. She called me so often while I was working to say she needed to get the drugs to put her down since she is new to the area. Our dogs were diagnosed with kennel cough from out vet after being picked up Friday October 8th when they were coughing almost constantly. We called the facility twice and they didn't seem concerned at all and didn't take any additionally precautions for the pets in their care currently. We boarded our two rescue cats at this facility in Winter Garden and it was a major nightmare! We picked them up and my husband noticed that they were calling the cats by the wrong names. Mind you, our cats look nothing alike! This is very important because one cat is a diabetic and needs an insulin shot two times per day and both are on separate diets.
