This location is beautiful with an amazing team. My tiny rescue chihuahua was treated amazing when he was here. The vet team is phenomenal and personable.
We have been searching for a boarder in this area, and dissatisfied with most of the places we toured. We were so pleasantly pleased when we saw Pet Paradise under construction and waited patiently for them to open their doors. They gave us a tour of the whole facility...which is absolutely amazing! Brand new, clean, organized, bright and cheerful and a POOL! They also offered us a free "day care" day. They have cameras, so it was reassuring to know that she was in good hands. Best place. I brought my lab there and he loved it. We watched him every day at the pool on their live webcam. When we called they gave us an amazing update on him. We will definitely be bringing him back. I loved the ice cream service we got home everyday.
Pet Paradise is amazing!!! It's clean and brand new. They have a pool too! Our dog Lola loves their vet (Dr Basset) and had the best time at boarding there. Highly recommend
Clean, good facilities, great staff, many options of rooms. has a pool that most doggie hotels do not have. very friendly environment. would recommend 10/10
Their system of confirming grooming appointments via text the day before and then emailing us after 9pm at night regarding vaccines is completely and utterly ridiculous. The first time I actually drove to them only to be denied. The email says "Your Pet's Vaccinations are Expiring Soon" but then you open it and it is already expired. On top of that, when the reservation was made last week, and again this morning, the vaccinations in their system said, "All vaccines are up to date", now that we received the email, it's change... read more
Ive been on the drop off line for 30 minutes unacceptable. Winter Garden needs better management

I have boarded my 2 dogs twice here and the first time one came back with kennel cough, and this second time the other came back with the flu. (Both are fully vaccinated and under 1.5 years old). I am giving 2 stars because the staff is pleasant and my dogs really enjoyed their time in the play yards, but my dogs should not come home sick every time they are boarded.

We boarded our two pups with Pet Paradise, Winter Garden from 6/20-6/23. Unfortunately they both came home with diarrhea . . Longer story short, our female Shih Tzu wound up in ER Vet after having bloody diarrhea and excessive vomitting and lethargy . She was in hospital for 3 days of IV fluids, and meds for diagnosis of pancreatitis. (Costing $1700.00) while she is under care we noticed that our male Shih Poo still had diarrhea, & loss of appetite . Back to ER. Vet where he was also diagnosed with Pancreatitis.
