THE WORST EXPERIENCE. This was a few years ago, although I doubt things have changed. My 7-year-old kitty was diagnosed as diabetic. I thought this place was just OK. I was a little annoyed because I read about all of the vets on their website then ended up seeing a different one entirely. Then, my follow up was scheduled with yet another vet. I don't like that. The office is clean, but looks a little old fashioned. I thought the care was pretty decent, but I also spent $400 (2 dogs) for an office visit and a few tests which I thought was a little hefty. I'm PISSED. This was my WORST business experience since coming to Portland over a year and a half ago. There is so much wrong with this vet that I don't know where to begin. Well, let's start with the interior. In the lobby there is a door completely smothered with colors and letters telling you you can win a cash prize by referring friends. Avoid. I made an appointment for a Saturday morning at 9:15 to haver our little puppy examined and vaccinated. My wife and I got up at least 1 1/2 hours earlier than we normally would on a Saturday in order to make it to the appointment. When we got to the clinic, we were told I had never made an appointment.
