I've been going to this clinic off and on for about 9 years. The staff is generally polite. The waits are generally VERY long. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience there today and for that I must write this review. My dog required extensive oral surgery to the tune of $1200.00 It was a difficult challenge for me to pay this, but necessary for the comfort of my sweet dog. All I can say is that I am dissappointed that I paid money for a surgery that did not fix the problem a week later after bandages came off it was back again!!! they were saying that I would need to repeat it and then now with warning that it might not fix it. I understand you can not guarantee anything but thats ridiculious who has that kind of money to just give away? I currently just lost my job and now my dog is helpless. The nurses need more training how to find the blood vessels in order to inject. I don't know if they have any medical license though. My poor baby suffered a lot of pain because 2 nurses had failed to find the vessels for 8 times, hand, legs. I asked them please consult the doctor immediately but they refused and laughed at me. I went in to have a simple cleaning done for my dog. He had just lost a tooth and I was a little freaked out. He had never had a cleaning done so it was time to go. I saw Dr. Baldner and a nurse that I believe was named allison or alice. They were very kind at the first meeting. I was given ADVICE as to what needed to be done. She suggested an extraction on two front teeth that were crowding the canines. I took in that information but was against removing any more teeth since he had just lost one.
