The staff here is very un-professional, Customer service is horrible, extremely rude, disrespectful, confrontational and even in front of other customers. The vet tech have no clue what they are talking about. The wait time is forever. I love the fact, paid for the puppy package and for my puppy to be dewormed but once again vet tech don't do there jobs right and had to deworm my pups the right way. Their customer service is awful. I've waited for an hour past appointment time on more than one occasion. One time I inquired about how much longer it'd be and they said they didn't know, something unexpected came up and it could be another hour or more. I couldn't wait 2+ hours w a toddler. They offered to let me leave my pet until they could see him. Which also meant I wouldn't be present for the physical to ask questions etc-I reluctantly did it because otherwise it would have meant an hour waiting for nothing. And finall... read more

500.00 later and they have no clue what's wrong. Did not call with results as promised. Had to take the dog to looms to find the problem at half the cost. But I got results that I didn't get here. Never have I been so mad at a vet. I will never repete never take any of my loved animals here again. W B Palitti

I've been going to this clinic off and on for about 9 years. The staff is generally polite. The waits are generally VERY long. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience there today and for that I must write this review. My dog required extensive oral surgery to the tune of $1200.00 It was a difficult challenge for me to pay this, but necessary for the comfort of my sweet dog. All I can say is that I am dissappointed that I paid money for a surgery that did not fix the problem a week later after bandages came off it was back again!!! they were saying that I would need to repeat it and then now with warning that it might not fix it. I understand you can not guarantee anything but thats ridiculious who has that kind of money to just give away? I currently just lost my job and now my dog is helpless. The nurses need more training how to find the blood vessels in order to inject. I don't know if they have any medical license though. My poor baby suffered a lot of pain because 2 nurses had failed to find the vessels for 8 times, hand, legs. I asked them please consult the doctor immediately but they refused and laughed at me. They told me that they do daily basis and this is not doctor's job. The nurses asked me if they can do it in back side without my eyes. I was freeze to death when I heard what they asked me. I went in to have a simple cleaning done for my dog. He had just lost a tooth and I was a little freaked out. He had never had a cleaning done so it was time to go. I saw Dr. Baldner and a nurse that I believe was named allison or alice. They were very kind at the first meeting. I was given ADVICE as to what needed to be done.
