I have two cats that are brother and sister and outside of the playful scuffle they have been nothing but loving to each other their 7 lives living together. I have taken them to two other clinics and never had any problems when I returned. This was my first time taking my girl cat to this clinic and when she came back her brother cat became very hostile towards her. After he attacked her and me I called the clinic to find out exactly what could be the source of this problem since before she went to the clinic he was behavin... read more

I've been going here for years. Tenny has bacteria in her ear, so I worry about her. I didn't understand the treatment plan and it was expensive. This is a common frustration. I'm disappointed that no one seems to care about her health. Similar to how healthcare is viewed, money first and debt later. People who work here are nice. The whole process takes too long in my opinion. And I prefer not to feel like I'm ordering off a menu when it comes to my dogs health. They seemed to be ok with us leaving without treatment, and Te... read more

I never write bad reviews, but I wish I could give this company zero stars! The have no idea what customer service is. They tested my new puppy for coccidia & giardia on 7/7/17. I was told to give him Metronidazole as a precaution. Today we went in for his Parvo booster, after, he had a rash on his stomach. I asked what caused this. It was not there when I took him in (he gets a lot of belly rubs and constant attention). They took him back to the Vet and she said it was probably from stress. We were getting ready to leave a... read more

I brought my dog in with a mysterious skin condition. I have to agree about the long wait times. My first time was over 45 minutes, and the second visit was over 30 minutes after we were brought into a treatment room.... That being said, he was treated with anitibiotics and steriods. The doctor suggested we see how that works and I could request a refill if needed. Although the treatment did provide relief the issue did not completely clear. I requested a refill within that month and waited over a week before I had to ca... read more

Their agenda of the day: Call and be left on hold. Doesn't exactly tempt me to do business with them. Sorry, I can't imagine that upwards of 10 minutes on hold is acceptable. Hire help?

I was referred by my cousin for my dog who needs teeth extraction. So sad to say that although the vet was super nice, the customer service provided by other staff was not. I left several messages, called multiple times to schedule my dogs procedure and no one has gotten back to me. It has been 4 days now...So I had to go somewhere else.

I was recommended by a friend. The staff is very nice, the vet is very nice, but it takes too long to be seen by the technician/vet. My appt. was at 9:30; I arrive by 9:15 and didn't get called until 10:30. Also, my puppy had its shots here and they hurt her. The tech did not know how to give a shot. She stuck the needle in my puppy's left arm and went through the skin and the medicine dripped all over my arm. My puppy cried and she had to give the shot to my puppy again. This time she finally got it right. But my poo... read more

The friendliness and passion for animals is apparent. However, the business aspect is lacking. The two times I've come in I checked in thirty min early and was taken 15 after my morning appointment. I understand that they are shortstaffed but the one and only receptionist they do have takes personal phone calls on her shift. I used their email service that they offer and was told directly that it's not recommended because not enough people are checking it, and is not accurate. I am kind of disappointed that I have had to... read more

The staff here is very un-professional, Customer service is horrible, extremely rude, disrespectful, confrontational and even in front of other customers. The vet tech have no clue what they are talking about. The wait time is forever. I love the fact, paid for the puppy package and for my puppy to be dewormed but once again vet tech don't do there jobs right and had to deworm my pups the right way. The crazy thing is Dr. McRoberts is awesome. I've been going to the vet for 20+ yrs. but WOW has the staff changed over the las... read more
