Ive been here a few times for my dog Kobe. He has had really bad allergies (mainly to fleas) and was missing some hair on his butt due to biting all the time.. Nothing helped with the hair growing back.. Other vets I would take him to gave me topical lotions and sprays, and they didn't work.. Petcare gave him some antibiotics and steroid type pills and it helped tremendously!! Also, they gave me so much information on what to do and helped me figure out that all his biting could be cured with the flea pill (Comfortis) rath... read more

We've been bringing our pets to Pet Care for years.... Our dogs, cat, and even guinea pig. We've had positive experience after positive experience with the staff. They are attentive and truly care for animals... it is so evident. I feel that I'm given options and choices and always treated respectfully regardless of my decision. I would and do recommend Pet Care to everyone I know.

I take my dog here mostly because of the price. The only reason I didn't give it higher stars is because of the waits. They need a bigger staff and better phone system, seems like you're always on hold. I think this must be because of a lot of people so why not afford a bigger system. Pricewise they went up a bit which I'm not too happy about but still good. I have no complaints about the treatments. very reasonably priced, super friendly staff. it doesnt have that feeling your get at other vets where all they want is your money. I actually felt like they cared about me and my dog.

I have been going to PCVC for many years now. At this time, I have a fun animal kingdom (3 cats and 2 dogs). I needed to get their shots up to date and time is not something I have a lot of. I managed to grab all 5, jump in the car, and jam over for the shot clinic. OK...being alone with 3 cats is a challenge both for me as well as for the staff. We are happy with the recent improvements at PetCare Vet Clinic:) Alison, Kayla & Diana are wonderful at the front line- fielding all the phone calls, etc. Sarah is an excellent tech, handles our big lab with ease and kindness. The new computer system and on-line Pet Portal are good updates to stay current. I appreciate being able to order refills and request appointments on-line. I've taken my dogs here for two years now and have always had good experiences. They have always taken great care of my dogs and offered the best possible treatment options. The doctors know I go there and see them because they know what is in the best interest health wise for my dogs and they discuss what they think my dogs need and explain things to me. I found out about be care by the spay and neuter clinic in Auburn. The clinic was easy to find and closer to our home compared to our original vet.They took very good care of my 8 week year old puppy. They handle him with care and also communicated with my husband and I. They answered all the questions we had with clear answers. The staff were all very friendly and cheerful.
