very reasonably priced, super friendly staff. it doesnt have that feeling your get at other vets where all they want is your money. I actually felt like they cared about me and my dog.
I have been going to PCVC for many years now. At this time, I have a fun animal kingdom (3 cats and 2 dogs). I needed to get their shots up to date and time is not something I have a lot of. I managed to grab all 5, jump in the car, and jam over for the shot clinic. OK...being alone with 3 cats is a challenge both for me as well as for the staff. We are happy with the recent improvements at PetCare Vet Clinic:) Alison, Kayla & Diana are wonderful at the front line- fielding all the phone calls, etc. Sarah is an excellent tech, handles our big lab with ease and kindness. The new computer system and on-line Pet Portal are good updates to stay current. I appreciate being able to order refills and request appointments on-line. I've taken my dogs here for two years now and have always had good experiences. They have always taken great care of my dogs and offered the best possible treatment options. The doctors know I go there and see them because they know what is in the best interest health wise for my dogs and they discuss what they think my dogs need and explain things to me. My dogs are my babies and I would not go just anywhere. The only thing I would fault PetCare on is that they do some sort of shot clinic there and it's really busy then a... read more
I found out about be care by the spay and neuter clinic in Auburn. The clinic was easy to find and closer to our home compared to our original vet.They took very good care of my 8 week year old puppy. They handle him with care and also communicated with my husband and I. They answered all the questions we had with clear answers. The staff were all very friendly and cheerful.
Loved them. They couldn't have been nicer. I had a pregnant dog from an animal shelter who needed to be spayed. When we arrived for her exam they were able to do her surgery too. They explained everything and were supportive of my decisions and very sweet and unthreatening to my skiddish dog. I would recommend them to anyone.
I have been a customer for over nine years and they have always been wonderful to me and my pets. And when they couldn't help my pet they got me into the vet-hospital ASAP.... They saved my dog bear. I will always love them for that. And there prices you cannot beat it. Thanks to all of the staff at Petcare.
I refuse to go to any other vet offices. We have a dog and Petcare staff takes good care of our baby. Everyone is extremely nice and friendly. They know my dog by his name even before we check him in. Also I have compared all the vet offices in town and they have the cheapest rates. Their scheduling is great. They are always able to get us in there when we needed to.
PetCare is an amazing veterinary office! I have had nothing but outstanding visits there. I have noticed that one Dr. in particular does not do well with in-depth cases, but you can always request another Dr within the practice to handle your pet's care. They offer walk-in vaccine clinic if your pet happens to not be current on their exam. But if they are current, you can schedule a technician appointment to bypass that long wait.
