Loved them. They couldn't have been nicer. I had a pregnant dog from an animal shelter who needed to be spayed. When we arrived for her exam they were able to do her surgery too. They explained everything and were supportive of my decisions and very sweet and unthreatening to my skiddish dog. I would recommend them to anyone.
I have been a customer for over nine years and they have always been wonderful to me and my pets. And when they couldn't help my pet they got me into the vet-hospital ASAP.... They saved my dog bear. I will always love them for that. And there prices you cannot beat it. Thanks to all of the staff at Petcare.
I refuse to go to any other vet offices. We have a dog and Petcare staff takes good care of our baby. Everyone is extremely nice and friendly. They know my dog by his name even before we check him in. Also I have compared all the vet offices in town and they have the cheapest rates. Their scheduling is great. They are always able to get us in there when we needed to.
PetCare is an amazing veterinary office! I have had nothing but outstanding visits there. I have noticed that one Dr. in particular does not do well with in-depth cases, but you can always request another Dr within the practice to handle your pet's care. They offer walk-in vaccine clinic if your pet happens to not be current on their exam. But if they are current, you can schedule a technician appointment to bypass that long wait. I am so glad that I found this place! Sure it is not the prettiest building but the friendly, knowledgable staff, and low prices make up for it. I have taken my dog to 3 different vets in the area Petcare being one of them, and I like Petcare the best. They are very busy though, so if you know you will be needing an appt. call in advance to make sure you get in.
I LOVE THIS VET OFFICE! I originally went to Petcare in Roseville a number of years ago when I visited the office with a friend who was taking her house rabbit in for a routine check-up. My friend told me that she loved the vet, especially since they were affordable and that all her pets could be seen there (at the time she had a cat, 2 rabbits, a large boa, a large lizard and other reptiles). I found PetCare back in 2003 when I searching for a place to get our persian kitten spayed. Our regular vet at that time was (and still is) very pricey and I never really got an all-around good feel about the place. Sacanimal.org had a list of affordable vet clinics... PetCare was listed. I just moved back to Roseville, so I needed to find a vet for my 2 year old cat. PetCare was a great experience, especially since I have so many things to take care of at the moment. Like Melanie said, the building is a little old, but from the first step inside, you can tell the people are friendly and caring. The receptionists were very nice and made me feel right at home. I heard about Petcare through a fellow yelper, when I posted a thread to find an affordable Vet. First the negatives. The clinic is located in a 1970 style building in a slightly run down area of Douglas Blvd. (Near Harding) I didn't take off a star for that, since that is probably why they are able to keep their prices low.
