I just want to thank the staff that took care of us today. We entered in shambles because our 10 y/o cat suddenly had become paralyzed. The staff acted quickly, explained everything to us thoroughly, and was very empathetic. It all happened so fast I don’t know if I properly thanked them for the bedside manner that made this impossible situation just a little bit better.

I had to make the decision to put my boy down today. The doctor and staff here couldn't have been anymore helpful and compassionate. They let us go on our own schedule. The process itself was explained in detail and we were able to stay with him and love on him until the end 💖 I appreciate everything that was done for my dog and my family!

We sadly had to put down our sweet cat. Pet ER was fantastic. They moved quickly, thoroughly, were kind, informative, gave us time and were respectful. We felt we and our cat were in great hands. I highly recommend Dr. Loveland and her team.

Our rescue dog Henry, previously known as "Mike" managed to open our front door while we were out when a thunderstorm came through. Henry is very nervous during storms. We came home with one dog greeting us outside and found our door open and Henry long gone. A very kind soul managed to lure him in with treats and brought him to the safe place of Columbia PetER where they scanned his chip and they immediately called us. Our dog was admitted after another dog severely attacked her. The staff couldn't have been nicer, empathetic, and accommodating to both us and our pet. Oona was admitted over night and had surgery. The vet kept us up to date on all the information and even urged my husband to go to the ER to get his wounds checked. Thank you so much Pet ER

Brought our cat in on 7/21/23 with a possible urinary blockage. Katlyin took great care of our cat and explained everything. Great service and staff. I highly recommend them for any urgent pet needs.

I want to thank everyone that helped us threw the stressful ordeal with our beloved dog Jett. We had an emergence Friday night, June 2, 2023 around 9:30 PM. The staff was thoughtful, patient with us and let us spend as much time as we needed with our pet before we had to make the hard decision to let her go. Thank you so much for the quick response and taking such good care of Jett.

Thank you to the Pet ER team. My poor pup Smokey had HGE and was very sick. He was able to be seen quickly and receive IV fluids for dehydration. He had to stay overnight but it was a great relief to know he was getting good care. We were able to visit smokey and were given updates throughout the process. He has made a full recovery and we are so grateful. I’m glad we were quickly able to get great help during such a scary time. Thank you to Sanha, Cynthia, and Bryce for helping Smokey!

Our experience at PetER was great! From the moment Bubba arrived he had constant and great care! The receptionist, and nurses were attentive and caring, compassionate! Dr. Lauterstein is the epitome of a doctor! Both before and after Bubba's evaluation, she called and explained everything, and made sure our Bubba received the needed test, imaging, and answered all of our questions! She took all the time needed to communicate with us in Bubba's interest! They whole crew at PetER is fantastic! Thanks again, Ed & Deb Forrester
