RecommendedConstant communication and very friendly staff. My baby was a transfer after a procedure done by my regular vet but Pet+E.R. did everything they could to continue the care and get him back home. The only thing I wish was that they cleaned up his back end before sending him home but that is the least of everything. They helped save my baby’s life

My cat had swallowed some plastic this morning, and we were referred to the Pet ER by our regular vet. All in all had a good experience leading up to the front workers calling me to tell my my invoice for the day. I was already upset and distraught from the events of the day, but when I answered the phone all I heard was laughing as I said hello, and then the worker carried on with "we need a deposit etc.". Brought my dog Alex in late one night earlier this month. Long story short, I had to put him down. This dog was my whole heart for over 12 years and everyone at Pet ER was so kind through everything. I received his ashes and paw print within a week of losing him and today in the mail I received a card with numerous hand written notes from different employees about my baby. They know what they are doing . Friendly took my dogs pretty quickly with a non emergency visits had to spend the night due more critical animals however they kept me updated thru out the times she was at hospital and took very good care of her during her stay. 3 other places wouldn’t see her and she needed to be seen due to deep cut. I would highly recommend them

We had a very positive experience on New Year's Eve when Rocky Gorge was full and recommended we try the Pet ER. Dr.Paul was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. All the staff were very caring. We waited with our dog in a treatment room while they took Rose out for various procedures. Highly recommend for sn emergency situation.

I give Columbia Pet ER 5 stars! On a December evening at 11:30 pm, they were open and able to take my dog in right away when time was of the essence. Other area ER's were closed or couldn't take us right away. Vomiting was induced and all was well. The staff and Dr. kept us informed of all the steps along the way.

When two local 24 hour Emergency vets were closed in my area on a Sunday at 9pm, I found Pet+ER. My dog, Comet, was very ill with hemorrhagic gastroenteritis and extremely dehydrated. So very grateful for the amazing staff at this facility and fantastic care they gave my pup. The updates from the doctors and the service from front desk staff and techs was amazing, efficient and compassionate. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone with a pet emergency.
yesterday u had to rush my sweet kitten LadyDi to thus hospital..a friend brought me. they were ready for her..quite sick and she took her into emergency room and had all these staff and vet trying to determine why she was so ill. she was actually near death..sadly she was too sick to be able to do anything but make her comfortable . she had to be euthanized. vet and staff were so kind and compassionate to her.
This was by far one of the hardest thing ever. Having to put your family member down. The staff here made it very easy to handle and deal with losing a family member… Thank you for everything.
