Fantastic facility! The staff are so nice. We had a bad leg break and she had to have an amputation due to suspicion of cancer. I loved that while she was in the ER in a kennel they allowed me to go back and visit her at any time which put us both at ease. I was able to call at any time to check on her. When she moved over to surgery they were great about explaining the entire process and what to expect, I was able to prepare my home for her and she came home the next day after surgery. Our cat was in respiratory distress and we had the same experience I see some others had. They were not able to save our sweet pet, but I they did everything they could. They were efficient, informative and everything was super clean. They were kind, understanding and even sent us a sympathy card that everyone signed. It was very specific to us, not a generic card. It meant a lot to us.

The staff here are really great. We brought our cat in after our vet suggested he needed 24 hour care. We met with Dr. Hutt, who made us feel at ease and was patient wish us and gentle with Basil. The next day Dr. Jiwoong Her met with me and he also was very kind in explaining what was happening with Basil and waited past his shift ending for my mother and fiance to arrive so they could hear what he had to say to help me make a decision. We had to make the decision to put Basil down due to an extreme case of pancreatitis and... read more

Thank you Dr. Megan Snyder and staff for the comfort you gave my son Kim and me when we rushed our beautiful 15 year old English Setter Imus in on the evening of 12/28. He had been battling failing kidneys and cancer and his frail sickly body finally gave up. I appreciate how you allowed us as much time as we needed to spend with Imus before we said goodbye to him, and how you handled him with care and tenderness. Most of all, thank you Dr. Snyder for having tears in your eyes. It's showed me you really cared.
