RecommendedYour were the only ER from here to Baltimore that would take my baby! I was a mess with my senior pup and I haven’t been treated this well in a human ER. I would like to thank the staff for treating me with dignity and helping me make the best decision for my pup Zoey! It was the care and concern that warmed my heart during a really tough time. Words can’t express my gratitude! Thank you to all the staff! I would recommend you over and over again!

I had a very positive experience with Pet ER columbia. Our dog came in as critical so he was seen and admitted as soon as we arrived, no other Pet ER had room and refused to see our little guy ( that was so scary in a very stressful situation) The staff was extremely friendly, caring and compassionate. They were extremely busy but still managed to update me multiple times throughout the following day on Benjis improvement.The cost was fair and they returned the portion of my deposit that they did not end up using. My cat Charlie was admitted for a urinary blockage. The team at the ER have been fantastic. They took amazing care of my cat, and coordinated his consultation with the cardiologist and surgeon. Everyone I’ve talked to tells me how sweet he’s being. Even though we miss him and want him to come home, we’re very comfortable leaving him there as long as he needs it because we know he’s getting extra love along with excellent care.

I visited Pet+E.R. - Columbia for an emergency visit for my dog after I noticed her urinating blood. While I was there for many hours (5!), the vet on duty was amazing, explained everything thoroughly, and took precious care of my dog. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, too.

My 7 year-old golden retriever became sick over a weekend in October. At first she stopped eating and then stopped drinking and became lethargic. I brought her to Pet ER on a Sunday and was thrilled with the services and communication received. Dr. Lauterstein and the other staff I interacted with were caring and informative.
