RecommendedI don’t normally write reviews but in this case I had to. My Rosey went in for what I thought would be an overnight stay but it turned into 5 full days. She had all kinds of infections. I can’t say how appreciative I was of all the calls letting me know her status and what the next steps were. While she isn’t out of the woods yet, she came home a much better version than when she went in. I am thankful that this center is so close to my house.
This place has the most compassionate staff and doctors of any vet office I have really ever seen. So supportive and caring, even though they were busy I never felt rushed and was seen very quickly. The doctors took their time answering every question I had and after we lost our Loki the staff sent me a personally written and signed card. I can not tell you how much that meant to me to not just get a standard card but a card that showed how much they care. The staff and doctor were very caring, kind, and patient. It was very upsetting to decide to have to let our dog go and everyone was very comforting and up front about what to expect as far as the situation and the cost. I also received a very nice card in the mail signed by the doctor and office,which in my opinion is above and beyond the norm. Thank you so much to everyone for your kind words and thoughts of my old girl Onyx.

Am so grateful for the care my cats have received here. But the alarm system beeping non-stop today is really hard on patients, pet parents, & staff. There has to be something someone can do. It’s been beeping for hours. It’s making me especially sad for the animals. 😢

The staff is the core of a pleasant experience, even if the physician is great, patients will still leave if your staff has poor customer service. This facility had EXCELLENT staff, very friendly, compassionate, and expressed empathy for our pet. The Dr was just as great and explained everything in simple terms. Thank You all for your outstanding service when caring for our precious Karabell.
