Thank you Dr. Megan Snyder and staff for the comfort you gave my son Kim and me when we rushed our beautiful 15 year old English Setter Imus in on the evening of 12/28. He had been battling failing kidneys and cancer and his frail sickly body finally gave up. I appreciate how you allowed us as much time as we needed to spend with Imus before we said goodbye to him, and how you handled him with care and tenderness. Most of all, thank you Dr. Snyder for having tears in your eyes. It's showed me you really cared.

The staff here are wonderful. Our dog was in respiratory distress and, after being alerted that we were on our way, they were at the door waiting for us with a gurney. They didn't wait for us to fill out paperwork or give them any money before they started working on our pup. Their main concern was taking care of him first and get him stabilized.
