Initial evaluation was swift. But waited over 45 minutes for doctor when came in after midnight. Thought would be sooner at that hour of the night to see Dr. Left as my dog stopped trembling and seemed ok..

We had to say goodbye to our beloved 16 year old miniature dachshund, Winny, on Christmas Eve. It was awful but Pet Er was wonderful under the circumstances. Knew exactly how to handle everything. And the follow up and cremation services and cards and note afterwards have all been so great. I always come there when my vet is closed. Have had over all good experiences. Since my visit my Raizen has passed away. She was my baby. Old one too. Doc was good, knowledgeable and kind. However I didn't like the tech and I know in this situation I may have been protective. I feel she rushed, appeared to be in a hurry, was rough and I feel not compassionate. People come in their pet is their kid. I get it it's only a job. But the compassion must be there for a successful visit no matter what the outcome. I feel you... read more
