Always have a wonderful experience there. We go back about every 5-6 months for Haleys checkup. Dr. Shih is amazing and very knowledgeable. Staff is super nice and they always get back to me asap when I call with concerns

This past Saturday evening our 13+ year old goldendoodle started experiencing gastric symptoms consistent with bloat. We arrived at Pet E.R. at about 10:30pm and our boy was immediately triaged and was in surgery by 1:30am. Dr. Tyler was wonderful, supportive and encouraging. Our boy made it through surgery and is now home recovering slowly. I have nothing but the highest praise for everyone at Pet E.R. beginning with reception to the people making sure that the hospital is spotless.

Was referred to the ER from my Vet, as my 3yr old Westie was gravely ill and concerned she wasn't going to make it. Their suggestion was that she needed an exploratory surgery! I agreed that's what she needed, but I absolutely could not commit to them doing her procedure, as it was too expensive. However, they were amazing!!! Very professional, understanding and compassionate! They worked with me to give her the care she needed until I could confer back with my Vet. We are new to the area and had an emergency with one of our dogs. So grateful they were there. We were seen right of way, received excellent care, and their calm helped us to be more calm about the situation. So grateful. (Our dog is still not happy about the Cone of Shame, but he did appreciate the belly rubs.)

Thank you pet ER,for treating our 8 week old yellow lab Sophie for a broken tibia. Nothing but passion and professionalism. Driving from Pennsylvania after our primary vet recommended her to go there to have a pin placed into her. After better defined xrays luckily Sophie only needed a splint and some meds. Was a long day. But only being home now an hour she's eating great tail wagging and she even ran(the best she could) of course under our supervision. I took my 12 year old Westie in as he was crying all night clearly in pain. He was admitted and sort of diagnosed with kidney disease, gall bladder, and stomach changes (?). We had Dr. Kim who had difficulty communicating clearly and answering my questions, and explaining my dog’s plan. He ordered a lot of tests which I was grateful for as I needed to know what was happening but was not able to explain the results clearly. The staff is amazing!
