My cat was very sick with a high fever, lethargy, not eating when we brought him to the PetER. Dr. Danielle Allen, DVM took care of our cat so gently. She gave him a thorough exam, took some tests and diagnosed him. We went home with medications for our cat who has gotten better as a result of the information, medication, and directions that Dr. Allen gave us. I recently had to euthanize my cat. Everyone at the PetER was kind and compassionate from the moment my cat was admitted to the hospital until I received my cat's ashes.

The staff and doctors were very comforting and professional when I had to have my cat put to sleep. They made a tough time much more easier to get through. I also received a card with handwritten thoughts and condolences a few weeks after. Thank you very much to the Pet ER staff.

All of the Docs and nurses took great care of Sami. They kept us informed both before and after any procedure or treatment. We were able to visit on our schedule and help keep her spirits up. A terriffic experience for a very terrifying event.
