On 1/17 I had to take both of my Sphynx cats to ER cause one out of the two possibility both ate Tylenol which is very toxic and poisonous to cats. I had to call animal poison patrol for them to determine if medical attention was needed. I was given a case # and I than choose Pet E.R. in Towson. I came to the ER on 1/17/23 about 11pm. The front desk of any place gives someone their first impression. It’s important to have someone sit at a front desk that makes you feel welcomed. The young lady at the front desk was not wel... read more

Thank you so much for the care my dog Quinn received! Dr. Wade Cordy was so caring and the staff made the visit so much less stressful. Quinn is progressing nicely because of Dr. Cordy's care. All my best to the team!

My heart is STILL GRIEVING with the decision that I had to make in euthanizing my 12-year-old BUDDY!!! My buddy (Brewzer) was My Family, My BEST FRIEND and 1/2 of Me. The Entire Team at PetER was NOTHING LIKE AWESOME... They went above and BEYOND in consulting me in my HEART-Breaking Decision I had to make. The ladies who took care of Brewzer offered his last treat (I feed the last bit of chicken he ate). The doctor who did the final injection answered ALL my questions... I have learned that a Senior Dog with dementia is a "... read more

In August our fabulous 12 yo doodle who reared our kids, and who was jumping logs and playing the day before, collapsed suddenly. We rushed her to the Falls Road emergency clinic, which was closed and dark. WTF. I called PET ERTowson and they were fabulous telling us to come now. A tiny vet/ tech met our car, lifted our 75# gasping Ginger and rushed her inside. Within 5 minutes, she was ultrasounded, diagnosed with cardiac tamponade(fluid around her heart crushing it) and the wonderful vet had, with our OK, tapped the fluid,... read more

Our yorkie wasn’t breathing and we brought her in and they did cpr and mouth to mouth on her but unfortunately she passed. I want to thank this hospital for being so nice and helpful with the tough time of loosing her. They gave us all the time we needed to have our last moments with her. They even sent us a special card signed by all the staff. Her box and paw print turned out wonderful!

Saturday October 8, 2022, was a nightmare reality. Our Chanel had a seizure which caused her to fall down 2 flights of steps. I rushed my baby to Pet Er where the front desk staff were amazing with getting us literally emergency help! From this moment forward, the entire vet staff was hands down the absolute best! One tech rushed out as soon as they saw the severity of my girl they had a army of techs rush out to help save her! I was an emotional mess. They immediately started doing everything they could to help my baby get ... read more

Our dog Bentley had been having issues for a couple of weeks. Regular vet couldn’t figure it out. Referred us to an internist. Before we could get in to see the internist Bentley had erratic breathing. Took him to pet er. Unfortunately he had a tumor on his heart and a fluid build up as a result. Not a good outcome for us but the staff were all very professional and caring. They didn’t rush our decision nor did they rush us to leave even though I know it was a very busy Friday night. Even when I picked up his ashes the perso... read more

Far exceeded my expectations, in every way. Hopefully I won’t need a pet ER again but if I do I’m definitely going to PetER-Towson.
