I brought my dog Ollie to PetER in Towson because he had cancers. When it came time to put him down the staff at PetER were amazing. This was such a low point but they some how help to easy our suffering. Three weeks later I received a card of condolences. Inside everyone wrote a nice message about Ollie. It meant so much. I just wanted to Thank you all so much from the bottom of my heart.
We had to say a very tearful goodbye to a very dear member of our family. Our beloved little miniature German Pinscher Rusty had to be euthanized after a long battle with Diabetes and Blindness. The entire staff was wonderful from the moment we entered the building. Very kind, sympathetic and caring people, they really care and feel for the animals and their owners. I can't express my gratitude enough for the Pet E.R in Towson helping us through such a sad event. Thank you all.
I've been to the Pet ER several times and I can't recommend it enough. The care is top notch and the staff is incredible. They are always above and beyond sweet and comforting. I trust them with my pets' lives. I will never go anywhere else for emergency vet care.
