Thank you for taking excellent care of Holly in the last day of her life. Everyone was kind and supportive. Facility appears very cleanly and odor free as well.
We brought in our two year old Beagle/Dachshund mix, Skeeter, after he was poisoned from getting into spoiled food in our trash outside. They took wonderful care of him and were able to see him and assess him in a timely manner. The vet we saw had done her research beforehand and spoke with our regular vet ahead of time to get apprised of his condition. Everyone was calm, friendly, and knowledgeable as well as being on top of things. Thank you Pet ER for saving our baby!

Prompt service and amazing staff!! I love how personable the staff are and they take their time to listen to what is going on. They took excellent care of my dog. Even though I hope I never have to go back, I’m glad this place is always available if need be.

The people are caring and understanding. I was there 6 yeats ago and again yesterday. Sadly it was a bad news day for us. We have to say goodbye to babygirl of 10 years. But the staff was great.

I'm behind in posting this review but had to credit the Pet ER in Towson with saving our little Ellie's life the last week in September. She is our wonderful 4 year old little English Springer Spaniel. She had gotten really sick and was throwing up. The ultrasound they performed on her showed an obstruction at her small intestines. Dr. Sakthila Jeyakumar performed the surgery and removed a piece of a corn cob which we had no idea how she could have gotten. Possibly a deer brought it into our yard.
