Our dog experiences a traumatic injury on Christmas morning and had to be let go. Dr Allen was amazing and compassionate and helped us all thru a very difficult decision.

I had to put my Pug House down recently . I took him to Pet E.R. The staff literally could not be more compassionate or understanding. They sent a personalized card which really meant a lot and is on my desk now. They accidentally sent me a paw print of another families dog but they located Houses for me and I’m going to exchange the wrong paw print for his. Even with that hiccup I wouldn’t have wanted to take House to any other place. They made sure he was comfortable and really helped me get through the process....thank al... read more

You saved my dog's life when she ate grass and it got lodged in her stomach. She could not get the ball of grass up or down, so she needed to have surgery to remove the object. They worked with me on my budget, and everything came out fine! Would highly recommend them for an animal emergency.

The Pet ER took excellent care of our puppy. She was taken right back to be examined upon our arrival and we were so glad because her blood pressure was so low it could not be measured. They immediately took steps to hydrate her and do the necessary steps to keep her alive. The doctors called me daily with updates and when we visited twice daily staff was professional and helpful. We had to sometimes wait awhile for a visit but understood that staff was assisting other animals that needed their attention. Kudos to all at th... read more
