The Bailey’s and Kelly’s want to thank you all so much for the genuine care and compassion given when we brought Smokey in last Sunday. His demise was particularly difficult because he was such an awesome part of our family. Everyone there made the situation as bearable as it possibly could have been, and Smokes was shown the utmost respect and care in his last moments. Thank you……our 💔’s are a little less broken because of how y’all handled all!

We took our Rileigh for her end of life care last Sunday. We have picked up her urn and paw print today. The staff went all out for us, they added her fur with her urn. We received a lovely card in the mail signed by the staff. Truly great staff, they knew we loved Rileigh and will miss her. Thank you so much.💔

Very efficient! Friendly, professional, and sweet to our dog. The staff here took great care of our boy after he ate a toy while we were on a road trip to Maine. The location is conveniently right off the interstate and the whole process was just a 30 minute detour to make sure our dog was safe and the toy was out. Our sweet boy is a pittie mix too, and everyone was so sweet to him.

This place was absolutely amazing. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you did for my baby Frank. The moment I brought him in there I knew he was in amazing hands. I would recommended this place to ANY ONE. They truly care and even took the time to send me a card after, signed by every staff member in the building about a week after my kitten passed. It was so heartening to see how much everyone cared in there. They did everything they could for him and were so accommodating even though we are in a pandemic.... read more

Robin Benny 1 review just now I brought my foster puppy in for surgery. (Justin) this team of people are amazing. Even with what is going on they were attentive, caring and efficient. I was quite upset because not only was he having surgery he was being transferred to another foster. The following day I went to take him some food and while I was there someone brought a dog in that had been attacked by a pit bull. I saw blood on the towel. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Dr. O’Keefe was especially amazing. She was incredibly helpful, honest, and informative. You can tell she really cares for the well being of your pet. I thought the charges were also very reasonable and I even received money back from the initial deposit.
