The young ladies working at the Bainbridge store in Ohio were excellent when I came in on Tuesday, October 13th around 2 p.m. My dog needed a bath and the bathing facilities were clean and the towels were stacked neatly and the floor and tub was clean. No hair from other dogs like I experienced at the Hudson, OH store. Then, my dog peed all over the floor near the registers and they cleaned it up promptly and were so kind about it when I apologized. I'm impressed! Thank you ladies!

As I walked in the door very cheerful young lady welcome to me and asked if I needed help finding anything I told her what I needed we walked down the aisle she said this is what I have asked if I needed any help with anything else I told her no I was just going to look around and she said if I needed any help please let me know and she walked back up to the register area and help the next customer.
