Delivery was made to neighbor. Oil spill happen and I am still dealing with the after effects. Would like to know was it the drivers fault or broken tank. Happen at 3607 st Victor st.

Called with a thermostat problem at 8:30. Nice woman said someone would be out to our house between 11:30 and 3. Guess who showed up at 9? Fixed in 15 minutes.. We have heat.

Our scheduled time was 8-12. At noon we called to say we had to go out and do not come before 1:30PM. The man arrived at 12:45. While he was here, he said, he could do our water heater but the the company would be sending someone else to do the job. We had to wait til mid afternoon on Saturday for whe heater to be serviced. It only took 10 minutes. What a waste. The person who came the day before should have done the water heater.
