I finally got my bill paid down now I don’t owe you guys anything so I request for me to be on hold for a little bit until I get my findings together since I’m only working one job and you guys seem like you don’t understand that it was OK to put my bill on hold and that they do not fit refill but once it’s paid off you’re telling me you can’t keep it on hold but so long, so I was very disappointed with that .
Your cost of oil was more then most companies I checked with.

Try and make it easier for new customers to request for new service online. You can do that simply by removing the "Account Number" area from the application form. Once you receive the online request, you can then give your prospective customer a call to close the deal. I have been both online and, on the phone, now for more than 30 minutes, trying to be your customer, up to no avail. Very frustrating.

As a long time customer it was very disappointing when I did finally need help with something not to get a phone call back and when I had to call them back no one could help me get my hot water on till five days later. After going to another company who came to fix the issue the next day, I realized I was paying way over market pricing for a very long time.
I have a service contact. Heat went out in mid October. Needed an exhaust part. Took them a month to get back to me. Weeks later Sent out a technician to install part- wrong part and only one guy showed up to a two man job. A week later sent out two men with the wrong part. I will not have heat for Christmas and guessing not New Years either. Over two months and still no success. You tell me how you can make it right

No leaving company after 15 years service to furnace was bad left the pipes there totally rusted out fell to floor after oil service cleaning said was fine

The technicians that perform the annual service check on my furnace are usually not very good. One didn’t even want to replace the oil filter. They’re supposed to check the chimney, but In 20 years, only two have done it. Most are in and out in a few minutes.

I have been having problem with a mini split unit I buy 6 month ago, that is costing me $5300. This problem start in Dec2020. Now I have to turn off and on my remote to get heat OR take batteries out the remote. This is so crazy!!!
