Last minute service. Luckily I was home. Rick serviced furnace and ac. He is friendly and professional and was willing to wait several minutes while I got my act together. Remember to cancel the September service.

I wish I could give them ZERO stars. Horrible, non-existent "customer service" with rude, incompetent telephone people. High prices, numerous hidden fees, ridiculously bad communication – they sent me 8 emails in 40 minutes saying they were on their way to remove my propane tanks because I asked them to close my account – which I NEVER did! AVOID at all costs! Go with Griffith or Gerner or ANYONE else!
