This is the WORST customer service experience I had with a company. They came out 8 times within 19 Days, to fix a BRAND NEW FUITSU Ductless A/C and Heat wall mounted system, I bought from Petro three months ago. Today they made an appointment with me at 12pm and they canceled it at 8:57pm! Part of my house has been cold since December 11. I talk to CS, Supervisor, and the Owner of RB, I cant get them to fix it OR replace the system !!!! WORST COMPANY EVER. My husband canceled their service last year, this year we switch to gas and company supposed to came back cut the pipes. This company came, no body was at home, and they just pour oil in the house. We didn't have tank anymore so they just pour in the basement where we have really expensive equipment worth over 15k, everything is destroyed. Air condition was working before tech arrived, but was not working when he left. We had no air conditioning for four hours on a very hot and humid afternoon because tech failed to replace the disconnect that he pulled out.

Explained problem to Petro repairmen, who understood and found the problem based on their diagnostic review. They didn't have the part on their truck, so they purchased it from a nearby store and solved the problem.

The service technician, Antwan, was excellent. Trying to iron out all the problems with the mischeduled appointment was a nightmare - - even though I contacted Petro as soon as I received the confirmation email with the incorrect appointment time. (I read the email within 2 minutes after getting off the phone with Petro). I called the day before the appointment to reconfirm and learned that I was STILL scheduled for an early morning appointment instead of 12-3. I had two appointments requesting a lead technician to help us with our heat system and neither time was a lead technician sent. The technician that was sent was very nice and helpful and did the best he could but he was not experienced enough for my questions. I am very annoyed that the company cannot call me or text me prior to the techs arrivals. They send emails and emails are not received as readily as a call or text. Thought the furnace/boiler cleaning went well. I did see the Petro guy change the nozzle and the oil filter. Was told the flue needed cleaning. When the chimney guy removed the flue at the boiler, it was obvious the boiler was not cleaned--black soot covers everything.

Technician came - had all running well then said it is done. I noted outside ac fan not turning but he insisted it would turn on. It did not and I looked outside to see an electrical box still open and a part lying there. I immediately called Petro and turned the unit off. Technician came back but could not get the part back in to start the fan. It is now the next day and I am waiting again for a technician to come. This is most disappointing.
