I just wanted to point out the incredible customer service being provided by Kelly Bachur. I have been a customer for over 26 years and she is a fine example of why I continued to chose your services. Her customer focus and incredibly positive manner are a credit to your company and will have me recommending your company to others.
Kelly Bachur was cordial and professional. She clearly summarized the status of the previous account I had shared with my wife. Listened to my feedback, clearly responded to my questions, and helped set me up with a new account. It's a rare ability to be friendly and professional at the same time. Kelly did this quite skillfully.
I have been a Petro customer for over 20 years and even though the name has changed a couple times I still get excellent service! I am on auto fill and also have the gold plan warranty and service and I have never been disappointed. We had our 70 year old oil tank replace by Petro. The service representative Mark was very helpful and explained what would work for me plus on time for our appointment. The technicians who replaced the tank were very experienced. They knew what they were doing, which made the experience less dramatic. They also took their time to explain everything that they were doing and how my tank would work from here on out. not to mention there was no mess left for me to clean up.Big Plus!
I recently switched fuel oil companies and had a very positive experience with Kelly B. She initially sent me an email explaining the benefits and then I spoke with her by phone. She couldn't have been nicer! She made arrangements to switch the payment details from the previous company to Petro Home Services and ran a credit check. She then sent me an email with all the particulars of my new account and arranged for my first delivery to be made the following day.
