I am Extremely disappointed in the company’s customer service! I asked to speak with the department supervisor Catherine Harrison in regards to an issue on 3 different occasions. Unfortunately I never received a call back. We are counting down the days of our contact! Amy

I am writing in hopes to save other first time customers from making the same mistake I did. I signed up for automatic delivery and a service plan through Petro and to date do not see any value in them. Any first time credit you receive will be made up for in the price of your first oil delivery. Two times I scheduled service and two times I had a no show. If you are able to get a technician to come to your residence there will be nothing that is actually covered by the service plan. My personal experience is that Petro ... read more
The problem that back on Oct 4th was discovered still hasn't been fixed!! The furnace keeps shutting down, you send someone out, at night, & fix something completely different & it shuts down again!! I'm in Fl for the winter have sons at house who worked & couldn't be there, I ask to please let someone come out on Saturday. I finally got a yes from Supervisor & he would call me with a date, well he never called. Then it shut down again 2 wks ago on Sat someone came in fixed what wasn't broken!!!
