No heat or hot water. Two technician visits and still not fixed and they double charged me for parts. Was told to call back for follow-up visit and have been playing phone tag for weeks… and they want a subscription service agreement? BS

If I could give zero stars that is what I would give. I have had the worst experience ever with this company. I cannot begin to describe how many times I have had to call for the same things over and over only to be told I would receive a call back that never comes. The service dept is great , but the sales dept is severely lacking and it feels like they are two entirely different companies. Grossly over quoted job.
We called for burner service, but were not able to receive it. The burner tech called from an unmarked number (did not say it was Petro calling) thus we did not answer it thinking it was a robo call. Also, it was almost 10 pm and too late at night for us to allow someone in the house.

After 15 years with Petro, to propose charging me $700-$800 to remove and replace the toilet and vanity to install new bathroom flooring is robbery.

Repaired water leak coming from furnace.
I signed up for annual service with Petro in April but they couldn't give me an appointment until end of July. The cancelled the day before the appointment and rescheduled it for mid August. Came to house but didn't have the proper tools to do the task. Needed to order a particular kit and would call me when it gets in to reschedule the appointment. Never called. I had to call them for follow up. Two hours into the 5 hour block they gave me for my appointment they tried to cancel. They were able to give me a later block time... read more
