I had Petro Oil for over 10 years and they were always professional, courteous and punctual with their deliveries and service calls. The only reason I am not still with them is I converted from oil to gas, due to the rising cost of oil. <br /> If I were to still have oil to heat my home, I would definitely use them again. Their service calls were always prompt. <br />
All three service calls were answered professionally and the issues were fixed free of charge. <br />
They were prompt and clean. They did the job I needed and the machine is now in working order.
Doug is the usual technician we use. I like that I don't have to be home for them to do the work, which is nice. Everything was fixed and has been working properly since.
