The serviceman went above and beyond and made me a very happy customer. He resolved my issue almost immediately, then he went to check my boiler. He noticed it was last cleaned 10/17/17, and decided to clean it. He is very professional and takes very good care of your customers. He is definitely a keeper. I was very happy, thank you.

I appreciated the rapid service response, for what turned out to be a self-inflicted wound: my grandchildren had inadvertently switched off the Emergency Shutdown switch. However, Petro could have done better if the Call Center Representative had walked me through a “have you done this?” process.

Called about 9 pm and they were here by 1A.M. as promised! Tech was great and knowledgeable! Had us up and running in know time!!

Called for no hot water furnace would not turn on. Petro had a tech at my house within hours and got my furnace up and running. Fast service. Friendly staff. Thanks Petro

I have been trying to schedule to have annual maintenance on my propane generator, covered under my service contract, for nearly 2 weeks. I have talked to service reps several times and they have assured me that someone from the Warwick office will contact me. As of this date I have heard from anyone. This is incredibly poor customer service. IO have never experienced this with Petro before.

They ran my tank dry last winter and again this winter. i am here sitting at home in 25 degree weather. No heat no hot water but obviously there are other customers with higher priorities. i have had Petro for over 10 years but I am seriously considering dropping them in favor of conversion to natural gas. i cannot , at my age, afford to be without heat in my home. If a company can't predict that more oil will be used when the weather is colder than it has been in several years and bump up the deliveries then maybe they are ... read more

There is literally no one to answer the phone when we call, despite my very expensive service contract and the ridiculously high price I pay for oil!
