Let me start by stating that, when I called Petro I was pretty aggravated, due to my dog chewing one of the cords going to my furnace and preventing my system from providing both heat and hot water.......twice in the same day!!!!!. My attitude quickly changed when I was greeted not by an answering machine, but a live, friendly person. During both calls, the persons on the phone was very helpful and quickly pulled up my account and scheduled service for me so that I could get my house back in order. My boiler stopped working and I was nervous because the forecast called for colder temperatures the next day. I thought, since winter is coming, there must be lots of service calls and I might have to wait a day or two. I called at about 7AM and was told someone could come out between 12:30-3:30! Joe showed up at 2 and couldn't be a better tech. He was very thorough and answered all my questions. I thought I'd watch him do it once so that in the years to come, I could just do it myself.
