PHD has been a great experience. The coaches are very supportive and the system works. There will be ups and downs along the way but the coaches always offer positive reinforcement and helpful suggestions. With a focus on the end goal rather than each week, you will get there.
I look forward to Thursdays to see how I’m progressing on this journey. I so enjoy talking to my coach. They all listen to me and we have wonderful encouraging conversations.
I highly recommend PHD Weight Loss to anyone who is struggling to get their weight under control. I am 59 yrs old and have been over 320# for most of my adult life. I have been very satisfied with my experience at PhD Weight Loss. Everyone that I have come into contact with whether in person or by telephone has been so helpful, knowledgeable and caring.
I did well but would liked to have learned how to eat on my own throughout the course. Throwing it into a short period of time makes it difficult to navigate the the aftermath. Make it more like school.
