I’m 3 weeks into my journey. So far staff have been very encouraging and helpful in guiding me. The challenge I’m facing is traveling this summer.

I'm not hungry...sugar cravings are gone...inflammation reduced...eating healthier than I ever have AND I LOST 10 LBS THE VERY FIRST WEEK!!! I love how much better I feel!

In week 3 and have lost 12 pounds. Not nearly as hungry as expected. Most of the food is excellent especially the shakes and protein bars. Looking forward to continued weight loss.

I’m a relative newbie to PHD Weight loss, only completed 3 weeks so far. In my brief experience I have met some very pleasant and helpful counselors, watched some informative videos (dispelling the “guidance” of other “weight loss” advice and actually dropped weight while NEVER FEELING HUNGRY 😋 . I am a carboholic and this is my “rehab”.

I've been going to PhD Weight Loss for about a month. Everyone I have met has been super nice. The program has been easy to follow. The first week or two I received a phone call asking how i was doing and if I had any questions which was very helpful. My "bump in the road" has been the vegetables because I was not used to eating them for lunch but I'm getting the hang of it. If I have any questions I have called or emailed and received prompt replies. The weight is coming off and I have more energy!
