It has been awesome so far! The supplied food is great and I have my favorites! Inflammation is gone and I am drinking more water than I ever have. Feel great ! Long way to go. Trusting it and sticking to the plan has me down 14 pounds in 2 weeks! Support is great also!

Very expensive and not effective. They will not refund if their product does not work. The food is tasteless and not filling.

Bait and switch! I initially was told of the two programs offered signature and Ops with the only difference being that one they provided 80% of the food and being more one on one and the other (Ops) having more of a group session. Was NOT told that only their Signature plan was the customized meal plan and wokeout plan. The cost is ridiculous for their signature plan it's $7,020 for 56wks and their Ops is $2096. They said that there was this Care Credit option that would be $175/mon or like $44/wk but made it sound like Kla... read more
Very expensive and not effective. The pricing is confusing and changes for everyone. The food they send is not tasty. I do not recommend this diet. I did not lose weight.

Scheduled an appointment and paid the $25 fee and after doing some research learned it's very expensive. I called on Monday and left a message explaining that I wanted to cancel the appointment. I found out my insurance carrier at work offers a plan so want to try that. Today I received an email reminder about the appointment and called to make sure it was cancelled and it wasn't.
