I have struggled with my weight my entire life and the staff at PHD has shown me a way I can succeed in losing weight, I have been on the plan for almost 3 weeks and I can say after the first 10 days of getting my body use to the program I have not been hungry, I look forward to the results that I have seen thus far in the next year I can’t imagine how good I am going to feel after I get through the program !

Great experience! I’ve lost 38 lbs in 10 weeks, only 15 to go. The program is amazing and the staff is great. It’s hard work, but if you are ready to lose weight you will be successful. I’m off my blood pressure medication forever!
