Everyone is very professional and polite.
I am enjoying this program after 4 weeks so far. My fluid retention causing ankle swelling is gone and my clothes are already feeling more comfortable, even more loose. Then, I’m also shedding pounds! My counselor had a great option when I mentioned my breakfast on the initial plan was getting boring!

I was initially hesitant to join the program because of the cost. I am glad I spent the money. I have learn so much from my coach Sherry. She has an inspiring story herself.
