This urgent care is great, they are super efficient and quick. Everyone works together well. Love that you can book an appointment online within the hour.
Especially in comparison to the Concentra I recently reviewed, this place is phenomenal. I was able to check in online with a 15 minute wait while every other UC I tried quoted me 2.5 HOURS. The facility is very clean, and they have a list posted on a TV complete with names and approximate wait times, so you're not just hopelessly waiting for hours on end. It was incredible. I had changes to my insurance that only took 2 minutes to do a change over. Then I sat down for a minute before being called into a room. I was really impressed from there. I was given the regular check before seeing the physician- again it was super speedy. Then the physician really took the time to listen to my concerns and explained to me my case of bronchitis and the steps to getting me healthy again. It was one of the best doctor experiences I've ever had.

As a millenial, this is the only doctor/physician's group I've seen since I've had a pediatrician. Yes, they get busy immediately after work (it's in the West Loop!), but the staff is friendly, the waiting room is clean/cozy, and parking/cta is a breeze. Billing is a walk in the park as I've never had any issues at PIC or after the fact. They've handled sprained wrists, pneumonia, and flus from me. They're great. Can't recommend them enough.
The first doctor I got to see was very caring and a good listener, she made a follow-up appointment for next day to make sure I am okay, so I met another doctor, who was amazing as well! The nurses there are great too! Then the 3rd day, the health facility called me to make sure I am still doing well and back on track, which was really nice of them. This is a United Healthcare approved clinic. I have had to visit on 2 occasions over the past year, both for sinus infections. The staff and in particular, Dr Maniquis, have been friendly and extremely professional. In and out in no time. Keep up the great work!
I got off the train at Ogilvie and walked right into Physicians. The staff was courteous and caring. I felt terrible and they wasted no time get getting me seen by Dr. Maniquis was wonderful. I truly feel like she cared about my overall health. I was in and out within 30 minutes. I will always go back to them.
I walked in on a Sunday 15 minutes before they closed. But I was greeted without hassle and taken care of quickly. I had horrible lower back pain out of nowhere which was almost disabling. With a urine test, x ray and a conversation, I walked away with answers and 2 pain prescriptions within the hour. Feeling much better a week later. Mark the P.A. was very nice and patient. They even followed up with a call 2 days later and Mark was also happy to return a call of mine to answer some questions. Thank you!
I had the good fortune of seeing Dr. Baier at the 600 Adams location. She was so professional and kind. She did not rush me through my appointment. She listened to every symptom with such grace and sympathy and I felt like my concerns were really being heard. She gave me a variety of suggestions and treatments and we decided together which would be the best option for my illness.
