Exquisite service! The staff was wonderful and welcoming and the doctor was not only knowledgeable but also hands-on and assisted in connecting me with a referral doctor. I've been to a couple of urgent cares over the last couple years but this one was hands down the best!
This place is the best. When you can't wait weeks for a Dr appt and need to be seen right away (cold/flu/strep/ etc) this is the perfect place. Staff is insanely nice and professional. You can make an appointment day of or walk in and it shows your wait time. Plus you get in and out pretty quick. HIGHLY recommend coming here!
From Florida and on a work trip. Cold turned into Bronchitis turned into sinus infection. Came here twice during the week. Fast wait time and nurse and dr very caring.

I am glad that I went to this place! Jessica Cook Ramirez is an angel and true professional! She took such great care of my radial bone fracture. I had a splint going past my elbow from my visit to the ER, preventing my mobility. I couldn't dress up properly for this cold weather. My only option was to wear loose t-shirts with short sleeves. I've had to visit this office twice (unfortunately in one week). I had some funky symptoms and was in a great deal of pain when I visited on Monday. The first doc was pleasant and had a great bedside manner. They did some testing and sent me along my way. A few days later, I woke up at 4am in major pain and throwing up. After the holiday my frequent flyer strep throat daughter was suffering from a sore throat. I made a same day appointment and was in and out in an hour. The nurse and PA were amazing! We will definitely come back!
I booked an appointment in the morning for a 6:40pm slot. I arrived about 15 mins early to fill out paperwork and only waited about 10 minutes to be seen. I highly recommend this urgent care! I'm not kidding when I say every single employee was more than friendly and personable. They were able to properly diagnose me within minutes and call in a prescription right then and there. Of course every patient's diagnosis is case by case but I definitely got all the answers I needed to feel relieved.
I absolutely recommend Physicians West Loop! I booked an appointment online that morning, arrived a few minutes early, filled out minimal paper work and was seen on time. I know something like that cannot always be controlled, especially at an urgent care center, but I was glad not to have to wait. Jessica and Diana were fantastic!
