Imagine my dismay to develop an infection while on vacation in Chicago. Timing (for my vacation) was terrible, but on a Sunday morning I was able to get into the nearby urgent care clinic and be seen within two hours by a great doctor. My husband is a nurse manager of a hospital unit and was also really impressed with the kindness and professionalism of the staff and the comfort of the lobby where he had to wait for me. Much thanks to Dr Yousseff- I appreciate the time you spent to ensure I would feel better soon.

Dr. Youssef and Tia were amazing treating my laceration. I got in far earlier than I could have in an ER and they gave me the best of care. I'm hoping not to injure myself again, but if I ever do, this is the first place I would look to.

This is the third time I have gone to physicians immediate care after going to another clinic by my work. Clearly if you are visiting it is not for something that is fun. But they help. Physicians immediate care is a great example of people that do their jobs and people that do their jobs well. They do their jobs well and are just very nice people. I left feeling better about a sinus infection. There is a lot to say for the care that can make that happen. Thank you Dr. Youssef!

If I could give this clinic 10 stars, I would. I always get excellent care here, but today was extraordinary. I went in for a cortisone shot in my hip, an injection that from other doctors has always been excruciating. But Dr. Youssef, at this clinic, administered today's injection, and it was almost painless! Tonight I'm still amazed at how good I feel. Thank you!!!

Came here for an appointment to get a prescription for lab orders so I could get my titers and Tb test at Quest Diagnostics. Service was swift and friendly.

The ease of making a reservation for a time slot, check-in, triage and check up was amazingly fast and easy! I enjoyed the convenience of this place when you need to see a medical professional right away without having to make an appt with your PCP first then figuring it out with the insurance or just paying out of pocket. West Loop location was extremely friendly from the front desk person, Kimberly, my medical assistant Chris M. and my provider-Megha Shah. Amazing Team! Thank you!

Phenomenal place. Was having pain in my eye for several days. They saw me right away and the doctor was able to identify that I had some metal debris in my eye (!!!). He was able to get the pieces out and was friendly and knowledgeable at the same time. I felt better RIGHT away. We made an appointment for a follow up the next day and I was in and out in 45 minutes...seriously faster than my regular doctor. THANKS DOCTOR A!!!

This place was a very pleasant surprise. I came down with pink eye on a trip to Chicago. Gave them a call less than an hour before closing. The MD over the phone told me to come in. Only 1 pt ahead of me when I arrived. When I saw the MD, she was very thorough and kind. Great experience!

First time using an urgent/immediate care facility and it was exactly what I expected. Short (10-15 minute) wait then I saw the healthcare professional who was exactly that. She did an evaluation, prescribed me some meds and I was out. Fast, easy and great experience - would recommend as an alternative to more costly Dr's office visit for minor illness or injury.
