I walked in on a Sunday 15 minutes before they closed. But I was greeted without hassle and taken care of quickly. I had horrible lower back pain out of nowhere which was almost disabling. With a urine test, x ray and a conversation, I walked away with answers and 2 pain prescriptions within the hour. Feeling much better a week later. Mark the P.A. was very nice and patient. They even followed up with a call 2 days later and Mark was also happy to return a call of mine to answer some questions. Thank you!

I had the good fortune of seeing Dr. Baier at the 600 Adams location. She was so professional and kind. She did not rush me through my appointment. She listened to every symptom with such grace and sympathy and I felt like my concerns were really being heard. She gave me a variety of suggestions and treatments and we decided together which would be the best option for my illness. I was very happy with my appointment here. I was able to make an appointment online, walked over, and saw the doctor all within 45 minutes. I felt the doctor and staff were knowledgeable and listened to me. Most importantly, I recovered from my illness with the recommended treatment. Overall, a very painless and easy experience, and I will definitely come here again if I need urgent care.

They are so awesome here. I have been here twice and both times saw competent doctors who were able to help me. Can't beat the convenience either. Bit of a wait but overall good experience.

I recently went to the clinic for treatment from a sports injury and Dr. Baire was excellent and very attentive to my medical needs. I would highly recommend Dr. Baire and this clinic to anyone who is not feeling well it needs immediate care. Thank you!!

My throat was absolutely horrible last week, I couldn't swallow properly, I couldn't sleep properly because of it, one of the worst illnesses I had. I walked in, got saw quick, billing was fine, and everyone who treated me was great - Rachel, the doc (guy in late 20's, early 30's, beard, sorry i forgot your name) and someone else who discussed my meds. All cleared up a couple days later, i thought this was going to last weeks. Thanks for all of your help

I had a good experience with the doctor here. I usually go to Michigan Ave Immediate Care because that location is where my primary doctor is. But I was feeling TERRIBLE and they could not get me in. I work very close to Physicians Immediate Care and went over there. They saw me within 10 minutes. Nurse and Doctor were really great.

Great experience all around. I visited the clinic on my lunch break. I filled out paperwork and was seen very quickly by both the nurse and doctor. Diagnosis done and medication in my hand in well under an hour. I will return if the need arises and would certainly recommend.
