Ive been to this location twice and enjoyed my service there. The doctors have been thorough and personable. The nurses were kind and expediant. I waited less than 15 mins each time to see a doctor. Im not sure how i feel about their "need a credit card on file policy" but based on quality of care Id recommend them.
People on Yelp were right about this place. My experience there was very good; I was quickly taken care of the doctor was to the point but friendly. However I was notified in an email in my Spam folder a month later that I would be charged additional funds for "convenience fees" that my insurance company would not cover. I literally just went in to get a z-pack. Pretty sure my premium insurance plan covers that; the same plan they approved as my provider.
I am updating the previous review as I got a very nice email saying they would look into this practice. While the fine print says this is what they will do, it would be helpful to have this particular practice reiterated verbally. The care is good, the staff kind and friendly. It's just better not to be surprised with a email saying your card will be automatically charged.
I had a great experience with the nurse and the doctor here. The wait was only 10 minutes and then they got me right in. I was in and out in under an hour. They are very thorough and kind, and offer great advice if you have any questions. I highly recommend this clinic, and would definitely go here again. My friend also went in today and had a great experience with everyone there. Great place!
Stepped on a rusty nail and needed a quickie tetanus shot. Went in, filled out the papers, waiting about 10 minutes and saw the nurse for my shot. Great experience. Highly recommend!
I was injured while in Chicago form out of town and went to PIC b/c it was the closest to me that was open. I was attended to by Dr. Wong, who was extremely caring and genuinely concerned for my injuries. It was apparent that she is a very caring person and Dr. They even called me the next day to ask how I was doing.
Professional; fast, efficient, friendly. Went in for a swelling and pain in my left thumb. Turns out I had a fracture. Everyone from the receptionist to the PA was nice, friendly and knowledgeable. I was hoping to avoid the ER given the long wait times and expense. PIC is a great alternative. Good location; easy street parking on Sunday.
Very convenient location! Have been coming here for years and have no complaints. Of course sometimes there is a wait, but that is expected when you dont have an appt to see the doctor/PA.
Super knowledgable doctor. Professional back medical staff. I came in with health problem and walked out feeling better, and the know how on how to recoup. They were great. I would for sure go here again if needed.
