I'm very -leased with the care I received this morning at this clinic. The staff was very friendly and so was the doctor. The whole process took a while, but nothing excessive. I highly recommend them for good health care.
I brought my 4 year old neuro-divergent son here today due to an illness he's had the past few days. I normally would have just taken him to his pediatrician, but PHA never answers their phones and I needed to get him in. I knew he was going to get a COVID test and was nervous about how it was going to go because he is so resistant to being touched around his face. I went to this location for its convenience and it delivered! Needed an immunization, during COVID times, and I was in and out within 20 minutes. They also gave me the detailed paperwork of my vaccine. I went back a couple days later to get tested for COVID. Process took about 2 hours total. Not as bad compared to most other places! The staff did everything in a great timely matter while staying safe with PPE. I felt taken care for. The Physician was also very attentive and able to answer questions I had. In and out in 20 minutes. Everybody is really nice and quickly (and thoroughly) do their job to get you on your way quickly.
We've had nothing but great experiences with initial visit for my son's broken arm in June, to the final check up. The staff were very nice. PA was courteous, knowledgeable and patient. From front to back, service was excellent! (Even if they did have to stay passed their closing time.) We will definitely recommend this location. Our doc was awesome! My son was very nervous about anyone touching his eye (torn cornea), but she made it easy for him. She even took a picture of his torn cornea with my phone so we could have a keepsake! Great experience. Will be our go-to for immediate care, for sure.
