Very easy to make a reservation, it’s not an appointment it just holds a place in line for you. They were busy so being seen by the doctor took a little bit of time. However, I completely understand you going to an urgent care you are obviously dependent on the type of issues in the amount of volume. I brought my wife for a 12:30 appointment. We arrived at 12:20 and completed registration before arriving to save time. We weren't seen until 1:58pm. This is ridiculous. We also have things to do. I wouldn't have minded waiting if I was told ahead of time and wasn't given the impression of "immediate" care. In their office, there is a sign that says, "Please be patient. Sliced my finger open with a rotary cutter while quilting! Apparently I hit a small artery, hence all the blood and not being able to stop the bleeding with pressure for 18hrs! Everyone at the Oswego office was kind, and understanding of my anxiety about needles and stitches! They have been thorough in 2 day follow ups, twice now and watching for infection. I have had nothing but the kindest and professional treatment. Truly a great staff!
Very happy with being able to schedule an appointment time, going in a bit early and getting called back super fast. Really friendly staff, very knowledgeable and gentle. This is the cleanest immediate/urgent care facility I’ve ever seen. I was in and out in less than 40min. Definitely going here from now on!
