Very easy to make a reservation, it’s not an appointment it just holds a place in line for you. They were busy so being seen by the doctor took a little bit of time. However, I completely understand you going to an urgent care you are obviously dependent on the type of issues in the amount of volume. Very happy with being able to schedule an appointment time, going in a bit early and getting called back super fast. Really friendly staff, very knowledgeable and gentle. This is the cleanest immediate/urgent care facility I’ve ever seen. I was in and out in less than 40min. Definitely going here from now on!

Physicians Imediate Care was my second choice due to the location near me. The facility closer did not have a wheelchair to help get inside, which was a deal breaker related to my issue. I was seen within 15 minutes despite the last-minute appointment. The whole process was timely. The staff was very nice and patient. My care was resolved quickly with many options of care, so when I left, I had what I needed to recover as well as possible.
I had a 4 hour wait. Only 1 doctor. The receptionist took 4 people in front of me that came 40 minutes after me. They complained about the wait and were walkins. They didn't appear to be sick. Laughing and watching videos on their phone. I arrived at 4pm and was seen at 8 pm. I had a 103 fever. I had all the symptoms of Influenza Type A the Flu. I was told that I tested negative for the flu. I was so sick they sent me immediately to Rush Copley Hospital. I tested positive for Influenza Type A the Flu and possible Covid. I wi... read more
