They took care of my daughter. I was in and out, and the doctor really cared. The staff was nice . I can't say enough nice things about it.

I have been very impressed with the care and caring I have received at PIC. The first time I had a need for the services I was seen by Dr. McVinn and she was amazing. In fact I attribute her with saving my life. Because of her thoroughness and commitment to finding what was actually wrong she sent me to the hospital for more extensive testing and pancreatic cancer was discovered. Every year it's the same thing. I get a cold, which turns into a long, drawn out thing with an awful cough. The kind of cough that makes your chest burn. The kind of cough that wakes up everyone, and you can't fall back to sleep. The kind of cough that occurs in the middle of the night, suddenly, and you're coughing so hard that your body is practically convulsing and the bed is squeaking. It usually happens once a year. I patronized Physicians Immediate Care and had some lingering questions, Myeisha at the Oswego facility was excellent at resolving my concerns. Myeisha was knowledgeable, friendly and patient with me, she is a prime example of what customer service should be.

This place is very convenient only 4 minutes from my house. The nurse's and doctors were very nice. The facility was clean and the service was fast! I was even able to fill my prescription right there. I would definitely use them again if the need a rises.

Today was my first visit to Physician's Immediate Care. The staff showed me a warm and caring attitude from the moment I walked in. I truly felt more comfortable and cared for than I do when visiting my Primary Care Doctors. I left there confident my problem had been solved, and I most certainly would visit them in the event I need medical care in the future. I will highly recommend them to my friends.

Second update: Nobody ever did end up contacting me, but they did send me a refund for my $30 copay. I've therefore lifted the review from one to two stars as I still think their communication both in the clinic and at the corporate office is something that they should be embarrassed and ashamed of.
