Don't bother to reserve your spot in line because they'll see you when they feel like it not when it's your appointment. From their intolerance to kids with special needs to their questionable ability to stick to HIPPA requirements this place has it all.

I visited this facility due to discomfort related to a pilonidal cyst. It was checked by the attending PA-C and antibiotics were prescribed which cleared up the issue. Job well done! The bill on the other hand was anything but straightforward and astonishingly high IMHO. First, they emailed the bill showing what was owed (after ins.) with no itemization. Came in with my daughter for a cough and was placed in the little room and just left there for an hour, nurse said that Dr will be in and we waited and waited. I came out and asked if they haven't forgot us and we were told that no. By the way there was nobody in the waiting room besides one girl that came after us. I am really disappointed with the treatment here and i work in the medical office myself and could never treat patients like that.
Been here over an hour for the smallest issue, didn't have this issue last time not sure whats going on

As I am thankful you are open on Christmas Eve. It's been over 2 hours waiting and several people that came after me have been called back to see the doctor. There is a lack of communication to patients as to their waiting status. It would be nice to see an approximate waiting time or a line up of patients so u have an idea of when you might be seen. I finally had to speak up as the receptionists didn't put the info in the computer as each of us came in. Ugh.

My son was injured in Gym and before I left work to pick him up, I logged on to Physicians Immediate Care's website. The Oswego location showed no wait, but I made an appointment for 11am. They texted me a confirmation and also a reminder 30 minutes before my son's appointment. I picked my son up from school and drove to the Oswego location. Made an appt online for 3:20pm on a Saturday. I was having sudden onset flu-like symptoms including difficulty breathing/wheezing/chest congestion. (I am a 2nd year medical student and full time professional who rarely ever gets sick.) We arrived on time and there was no one there. No one waiting, no other patients. The people in here act like they are dying. I was in here already yesterday with a very rude male nurse. Now I had to come back to finish filling out paperwork and the receptionist just takes it and continues doing her job. Doesn't say it will be 5 minutes, obviously not cause it has been 15 and i am still sitting here. The doctors are great!! But over all service is horrible! !

I second the shady billing practice, however they did send an email of the pending withdrawal. I visited here twice with nothing other than a vague diagnosis, referral to their physical therapy provider and a hefty bill. After choosing alternative treatment and calling back to Physicians to ask for a referral to a specialist I was greeted by the receptionist/x-ray technician who took it upon herself to voice her opinion of me not follow their skeptical diagnosis and treatment.
