This has to be the worst clinic ever. I went in for chest pains. They took me in and had to wait for over 2 hrs for the xray tech to come from another clinic. Then had to wait for another 1hr for them to read it and give me the medication. That did not help and ended up at the hospital any way. That was just the start I have a 40 dollar Copay they would not take payment for they said I needed to wait to see what the insurance company paid first. I scheduled an appointment, arrived 5 min early and the front door was locked. They finally opened the door only to tell me they were closing early. Didn't bother canceling my appointment ahead of time to save me the drive. Super unprofessional and irresponsible of them.

Plan to wait 45 minutes to hour after they give you a scheduled appointment online. They make it seem like you are very close online, when you get there you get told the truth, hour plus wait after your appointment slot.

Waited for two hours with an appointment l, paid my co pay. Didn't even see anyone. Had to leave. Front desk was so rude.

Second update: Nobody ever did end up contacting me, but they did send me a refund for my $30 copay. I've therefore lifted the review from one to two stars as I still think their communication both in the clinic and at the corporate office is something that they should be embarrassed and ashamed of. Online appointment does NOT matter. They have all time slots open and I still had to wait around an hour for an employment physical screening. If you get unlucky and even one person comes in with something more urgent, your appointment is just out the window. Staff is friendly, but looks like this is some chain for medical care that makes their site look like it'll be quick when there's only 1 doctor.

Update from my original review. I reached out as requested. They responded asking for my information to look into this further. I sent back my name, birthdate, office location, and phone number as requested within 10 minutes of their request. It's been 6 days and nobody has bothered to reply. Their website says it treats upper respiratory illnesses. What they don't tell you is that you could be waiting four hours to receive care, despite making an appointment. They also only have one physician on site, so the appointments *really* do not mean anything because it is triage based (which they also don't bother telling you until you have already waited 40 minutes after being checked into your exam room and vitals taken so that when you leave, you are still charged your co-pay). My experience was really concerning. The receptionist was impolite from the start. The facility didn't seem clean, I was asked to move to another room for further examination. What worried me most was that immediately after a patient left the room I was moved to, it wasn't cleaned before I was taken in. Also, before my examination, a staff member demonstrated the setup without wearing gloves, which was unsettling. To top it off, the examination itself was very uncomfortable.
