This place sucks. Do NOT GO HERE. If you need a COVID-19 test, try to schedule at CVS. I have been sitting here for 45 minutes now, when I was initially told 10 minutes for a Rapid Test. CVS is much more prompt, quick & professional.

I visited this location for a work comp case and I'm going to rate it 1 star. I strongly encourage anyone to look elsewhere for health care needs. There's also a lot of room for improvement for this business as a whole and for each of their branches. This is gonna be long, but it's necessary to review because I'm still having pain from my work comp case from a few months ago. This was one of the worst experiences I've had. I do not recommend any one going here. I went here to get tested for Covid and reserved a spot on line. My appt was at 12:50 and was asked to get there 15 min early. I got a confirmation text saying my appt was confirmed and to text them "here" once I got there. I got there 15 min before my time and they texted back saying I was checked in. I was waiting and waiting and waiting until after my appt time so I finally called to figure out what was going on. BAD SERVICE!! I scheduled 2 Covid test's online and got there at the time that it showed online and they said that the scheduling wasn't for Covid, showed them the screenshot of the appointment I made online and the lady at the desk said "their system messed up" and rudely said "you gotta either re-schedule or go somewhere else to get tested" even though I showed her the screenshot, with the times on there by the way (we were on time). Needless to say, I didn't "re-schedule". Bad service can't be trusted.

Very dangerous place to go for a COVID test. First of all, you have to wait an hour or more in line to be "screened". The testing space is enclosed and is only about 7 x 7 square feet. Though you are required to wear a mask COVID particles can still emit into the air for several minutes. I think that's dangerous in such a small spac.

Don't bother to reserve your spot in line because they'll see you when they feel like it not when it's your appointment. From their intolerance to kids with special needs to their questionable ability to stick to HIPPA requirements this place has it all.

I visited this facility due to discomfort related to a pilonidal cyst. It was checked by the attending PA-C and antibiotics were prescribed which cleared up the issue. Job well done! The bill on the other hand was anything but straightforward and astonishingly high IMHO. First, they emailed the bill showing what was owed (after ins.) with no itemization. I called the billing office and asked for a hard copy which also had no itemization. The bill of $224 (after ins.) seemed high especially when compared to other providers. F... read more

Came in with my daughter for a cough and was placed in the little room and just left there for an hour, nurse said that Dr will be in and we waited and waited. I came out and asked if they haven't forgot us and we were told that no. By the way there was nobody in the waiting room besides one girl that came after us. I am really disappointed with the treatment here and i work in the medical office myself and could never treat patients like that.
