I scheduled a appointment on line 430pm. I waited until 6pm. I left because A patient that came in after him gett registered after me. They took him . I would not recommend it was waste time.

Lady at the front is sweet but the doctor takes way to long. I was in a room for almost an hour & a half waiting for a doctor. It did not seem like that cared. The care was shit.

I made an appointment for 430. I got there at 4:12 I checked in did everything I had to do pay my co-pay I got called in at 4:20 when the young lady took my weight & height, then we went into room five where she took my pulse with the reader , she did not have the blood pressure machine with her. And my thought was what you only have one. I know you all are making a ton of money off our insurance but you have one blood pressure machine. She said I'm going to get it. Waiting time is always ridiculously long regardless of an appointment. Receptionists aren't the nices either.

Whoa, hold up! I have BC/BS of IL and Physicians I.C. of Oswego just told me my new co-pay is $131.00!!! I have always had a $20 co-pay at Immediate (non-Hospital Inst.) Care locations for over 10+ years. I asked why the change & up charge and the receptionist just said, literally said, "I don't know it's just something we started doing a few weeks ago." I tried two different physicians urgent care facilities this year and both times were unacceptable service. This time I waited two hours just to be told that the home remedies I've tried for the past several weeks are what I should continue to do. I was also told that my primary doctor is the one who needs to write me a prescription for singular and that there's nothing she can help me with. I would give it zero stars if I could! My husband was feeling sick on Thursday with cold symptoms. Went to the clinic on Friday and was told he didn't have a cold or any type of virus. He was told his throat was irritated and that was it. Friday night he got worse. Today we made an appointment to make sure he is covid negative since they misdiagnosed him the first time. Worst immediate care I've ever been to. I literally downloaded yelp to leave this review because it was that bad. I came to this clinic to get a strep test. The male nurse already wasn't friendly, making me feel uncomfortable. He proceeded to do the test and barley reached the back of my throat and didn't use the wooden stick to push my tongue down. The service was horrible. I got there a few minutes before 8 so I could get in and out quickly. Didn't get into the room until 8:20 and didn't see the PA until 8:40 and didn't get out until 9:00! I was the first patient! The person at the front desk was a little rude. Go anywhere else.
