Went to WellNow in ****** ** and they gave me a bunch of c*** about my insurance and told me they don't except it !! That I had to pay $165 to be seen or I was refused service ...so I came to a different WellNow in Clay ** and low and behold they excepted my insurance. So just bc your lazy and don't wanna do your job I have to drive 30 something miles to a different location??!! It's all a money game and this company/business needs to get there s*** together and find qualified people that actually want to do there job!!!

I was just at well now urgent care in ****** ** Yesterday to bring my sick one and a half year old. Got there 4:30 registered online, did everything I was supposed to and was told 7:30 is estimated time I would be seen. Waited for 3 HOURS WITH A SICK BABY WHO HAD A FEVER AND COUGH. WHEN I WAS LAST PERSON IN THE WAITING ROOM THEY TELL ME THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH MY INSURANCE. WHY WOULD YOU NOT TELL ME THIS HOURS AGOOOO!! Very unprofessional and seemed like they did not care. I called a year ago in regards to my visit on 4/23/22. After reviewing my billing summary I realized they ran a test that was unnecessary due to my medical history. The representative that I spoke to said she would have the charge removed from my statement. I paid the rest of my bill and didn't think any more about it. So I went in yesterday and they didnt have time to see me so I scheduled an appointment for today at 11:25. I get there and you guys are closed even though youre supposed to be open until 7 PM tonight seven days a week why did you have me waste a 40 mile drive to see you when no one is here I will never come back again and I will let everyone know that you guys are a joke

RE: ******, ** location I was very sick, and visited the Well Now yesterday. I checked in on the computer and then I got a text message to go to the front desk. The receptionist stated that I had a balance of $350 from: 11/30/2022.I advised her that this was 1 year ago. I never received a bill or a phone call about it. I also advised her that me and my kids come to Well Now all the time for COVID, ear infections, strep etc and no one mentioned this bill until 11/26/2023. I had sought medical attention at your facility,******, **, for an ear infection, rendering me temporarily unable to work. Subsequently, I needed a medical certificate for my workplace. On November 14, around 2:21 pm I called and I was advised to visit in person for on-site completion.Following this guidance, I visited on November 17, 2023, arriving just before 4:00 pm. I walked into this clinic today at 8:55am and no there was no receptionist or anyone to talk to, so I waited for over 10 minutes when someone finally come out. When she did she was rude and didnt seem to care that I had been waiting for her. She didnt even apologize. Thankfully I live in a huge city and have choices, so I left and was able to get professional assistance just a few miles away with happy friendly staff. Go somewhere where they appreciate your business.

if anyone is wondering why this location has a ****/ 5 for rating please look at the reviews and let me add a another negative. Iits 720 pm on Wed 11/15 and my wife went to *********** location. The doors were locked and my wife went to this location cause she had a cough and wheezing and coughing attacks. A latino line in nationality walked to the door and said "what do you want?" I have been sick and went to wellnow, the dr. asked if I was allergic to any medication I said yes Im allergic to penicillin. She then proceeded to tell me well Im gonna give you this medication but it has penicillin in it knowing 100% that I am allergic to it. Decide if I started to have a rash or going to anaphylactic to stop the medication.
