This company has went from charging $30 to $200 as well as charging insurance in a weeks time. They are double charging the customer and the customers insurance company. For $200 you can see a nurse practitioner over the computer on their Teladoc.

Horrible customer service and billing. Was seen in 05/2023 received a bill in 10/23 and they did not submit to insuramce. They said they were going to reprocess when I called and then received a collection notice in 2/23. Spoke to their billing department and they said they could not help. They sent off to collections prior to the 30 day notice provided and when asked them why can I pay bill online they said system must not be updated. They said they sent 6 statements but their portal shows only the 2 statements I received. ... read more

This place is terrible and worse than the *** Rude doctors. Delete information from computers and tell you theres nothing they can do. Takes hours to be seen because of no staff and the staff thats there knows barely anything outside of a few. **** recommend wont return. And they lost my labs and *** been trying to get information on them for 2 months with no aid. Absolutely terrible and they need to go out of business

I would give zero stars if possible. My daughter went to WellNow in OFallon, ** in July and Aug of 2023. I then get a bill for $465 in February ****, first one mind you, to pay immediately. I knew something had to be wrong, because we have insurance and it shouldnt be this high of a bill for what was done. When I called WellNow, I was informed they couldnt look at the account because it was turned over to collections. REALLY??!! I am a provider myself. I recently visited the harlem location in Amherst and was turned down around 5:30, even though they close at 8. I was told they were no longer taking walk ins because of the wait time. I only saw about three people in the waiting room. I was desperately looking for help because I have been having abdominal pain and was instructed by my doctor to visit urgent care. Went there on December 21 for a Covid test. The girl at the desk said it would be $117. I told her my copay was only $40, and she said it was because of my deductible. I called my insurance company when I got home and was told I only owed $40. They called Wellnow and they said they would send me a check. Well, here it is February 16, still NO CHECK! Called several times only to get the runaround.

The way my 5 year old daughter and I were treated at this place, I cant believe theyre allowed to be in business. *****, the dr on site prescribed my daughter pills to take as she tested positive for influenza B. When calling and asking for it to be switched I was told I was being confrontational and Dr ***** want to speak with me. Now means wait over 3 hours to be seen it would be faster to go to the emergency room. My friend was taken back to a room over an hour ago after waiting 2 hours in the waiting room and still has not been seen.

Front desk receptionist at WellNow in ******* ** argued with me over how to pronounce my last name, kept calling me up to the desk because she apparently doesnt know how to do the job and got rude and snippy when I questioned their billing and why I wasnt alerted to a balance when I first checked in or when I made the appointment the day prior.
