Worst ever experience Ive ever had waited 1 hour and a half to be seen with pre appointment! What a joke staff unprofessional as well which didnt help

The fact they wont let you be seen until you pay a past due balance is absurd! Never asking a potential patient how they will pay but just telling them without payment you wont be seen. Never been to any urgent care, physicians office or er where that has been told.

If you have more than one insurance providor, don't visit tyhis place. They will process one of the insurance checks and keep billing you even after they get paid 100%. This is not right, and its not just a one off problem, it happens each time. I'll never go here again.

My credit card was charged $100.00 for the service I received the day I went. 15 Days later my credit card was charged $100.0 again- for the same service. After 3 phone calls of someone telling me they reversed the charge the representative tells me they only do Paper Check refunds and it will be 2 to 3 weeks before I receive it!!!

Went to 2 urgent cares trying to get a tetanus shot first in Niagara Falls she told me I had to register thru online and do all theyre paperwork for them (which took me over a half hour to do a couple weeks ago when I took my son due to me having problems comprehending things I read) and then it would be at minimum an hour FOR A TETANUS SHOT ONLY and there was only 2 people waiting so I left as I had to pick my son up went to grand island one today and told her I have problems doing the online due to comprehension issues and... read more

I had a horrible experience at this clinic...specifically with the girl that was working at the front desk. I was extremely sick (hence the reason for my visit) The girl at the desk, informed me that ALL patients must fill out the online registration forms via their phone, so I complied. I completed the forms and and was waiting patiently to be seen, when an older couple came in. Charged Double Copays. My daughter was seen at a well now for a possible broken finger. The facility told me they didn't have x-ray personal and gave me a "fast pass" to come back the following day for an x-ray. Was told there wouldn't be another copay charged as long as I had the pass. Started receiving bills in the mail for the 2nd copay that I was not supposed to be charged. Contacted well now 3 different times as I kept receiving bills. Was told each time to disregard the bill. I scheduled a sick appointment for my son at 1:45 p.m for a 6:20 p.m appointment and had to pick him up from school cause he wasn't feeling better yet. We arrived at Wellnow at 5:50 p.m I received a text messaged that said please reply with a "A" when you've arrived so I did and came in and sat down and received a messaged that said thank you for checking in so about a half hour goes bye and I walk up to the receptionist and she's said no you should of came and told me you was here you could of already been seen and gone in ... read more

This urgent care used two different billing codes for my visit resulting in an additional $50 out of pocket for me. Never had any issues with urgent care visits until I went to this location for the first time. Been on the phone for 2 hours and still do not have a resolution.
