I came here twice. The first was when I left the emergency room at Silver Cross Hospital and came to that urgent care. For five days I had 103 fever that would not break. The doctors were telling me that it was a sinus infection but I knew that it was more. Once I got seen at seen at Physicians immediate care I was diagnosed with a viral infection that was affecting my breathing. Very quick quality service I had this morning! Dr Mitchell, Anna and the whole team were amazing and so friendly too. I thought I would spend hours there but was in and out in an hour and even had a chest X-ray taken and read! I appreciate your excellence and highly recommend you :)

While I expected to see a doctor here and didn't. I was taken care of fast and they were really attentive about everything.I saw. A Physicians assistant who was great. The 2 Meghan's were excellent. I would return here

When our 2 year old daughter split the inside of her lip open and needed stitches, we debated on going to an ER. But when we heard this urgent care center took our insurance and could stitch her lip, it was a no-brainer! There was no one else there, the staff was great, the doctor was professional and kind. Even after getting 3 stitches put in her lip, she was still high-fiving everyone on the way out the door! I'd highly recommend this place to anyone (already have!), and will be back when the time comes!

I saw Dr Kim Mitchell in the Frankfort office today and she was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and had a great bedside manner. She fixed me up and even followed up afterwards. I will definitely be returning to to see her if I have any future urgent care needs.

I would recommend this place to anyone in the area. Dr. Hopkins was very sweet, professional, and thoughtful! Also, the medical assistants were really friendly and full of energy.

Needed a quick diagnoses so that my daughter could get right back to work. Registration was quick. Wait time was minimal. My daughter saw Dr. Mitchell, who was friendly and very professional. The nurse was also friendly and professional. It was the most thorough visit I have ever experienced at an Immediate Care Facility. We will definitely be back, and I would recommend this location to everyone. FIVE STARS!!!

Fantastic Service. Fast, sharp, smart, doctors, Thank you Dr.Cheng Hsieh!!! I just turned 43 and never broke a bone. When I went in, no wait time, x-rays, fast and acurate. I broke my radial/closed fracture (wrist area) Hurt like heck. Dr. Gave me a pretty pink cast. I was able to afford treatment, paid in full. Staff called me 3 days later for follow-up. very thoughtful, caring medical group. Would recommend to all!!!!Their website is very informative. Thank you Sincerely, Jill

I work in healthcare and I try to be understanding but this place is beyond strange. Nobody is ever at the front to check people in. You sit there wondering if anyone is there but you can see people on their phones just ignoring people in the waiting area. The fake nails that are all grown out and not wearing gloves is beyond GROSS. You are dealing with super sick people and babies?
